Today, Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced its largest lineup of special events in history slated for the 2025 season. Six Flags Fiesta Texas is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Mardi Gras Festival, now Texas’ largest Mardi Gras celebration, running select dates from January 18 through March 16. This year’s event promises to be the most spectacular yet with the largest Mardi Gras Parade in park history, authentic New Orleans-style entertainment, and an expanded Taste of Mardi Gras food festival—all in a family-friendly setting.
