Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Thrill Capital of South Texas, announces the return of the spectacular New Orleans-style celebration, the Mardi Gras Festival. Each operating day through February 26, Six Flags Fiesta Texas will “let the good times roll” as it transforms into a Texas version of downtown New Orleans, complete with beautifully adorned parade floats, special live entertainment, Mardi Gras-themed park décor and classic Cajun cuisine.

The Taste of Mardi Gras Food Festival returns to Six Flags Fiesta Texas on select dates between January 15 and February 27. We visit Six Flags Fiesta Texas for a phenomenal American Coaster Enthusiasts Fiesta Fest event with ERT on EVERY coaster, a walk up Goliath's lift hill and a backstage tour of Poltergeist! This authentic Mardi Gras parade features a number of floats constructed and designed at the famous Kern Studios in New Orleans. The floats, standing at heights of up to 16 feet tall, feature unique themes including the Day of the Dead, Bacchus, the French Quarter and pirates. The parade also features a double-decker float!
