Earlier this year, Fiesta Texas announced their next major roller coaster, Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger. Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines, a Zamperla Super Air Race, officially opened at Six Flags Fiesta Texas on March 6, 2021. Riders board six plane units and reach heights of 48 feet. Spinning at 6.5 RPM, each ride unit features a different, unique cycle. The attraction also features extensive steampunk theming, a custom soundtrack and several lighting and fire effects.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes, lights-on tour of Fiesta Texas' Pirates of the Deep Sea dark ride. Originally built by Sally Corporation, the attraction opened in 2002 as Scooby-Doo Ghostblasters. However, in 2019, the attraction was transformed into its current Pirates of the Deep Sea theme.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas heads into their second decade of operation in the 2000s with the addition of the record-breaking Superman Krypton Coaster. Other large additions to Fiesta Texas during this decade include multiple water slide attractions, Tony Hawk's Big Spin and Goliath. Live entertainment was a staple of the park during the 2000s as they'd produce over a dozen shows each season and take home Amusement Today's Golden Ticket Award for "Best Theme Park Shows" on numerous occasions.

Six Flags Over Texas and Fiesta Texas will officially reopen to members and season pass holders on Friday, June 19. On June 22, all other guests will be able to make reservations.
