The solar canopy, boasting a capacity of 4.3 megawatts (MW), showcases the company's unwavering dedication to environmental responsibility.

SeaWorld is dimming the lights in its Sea Star Theatre and featuring a new glow-in-the-dark puppet show musical, ImaginOcean. This theatrical performance is packed with a fun musical score, amazing puppetry, and dazzling neon colors. Created by Broadway sensation John Tartaglia, this one-of-a-kind show is a must see for summer 2023. The glow-in-the-dark spectacular will join an already impressive lineup of amazing shows and is the perfect summer entertainment for families.

The Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld San Antonio takes place on select dates now through May 21. For 2023, SeaWorld touts forty-five new menu offerings with over one hundred flavors. Guests can enjoy quality bites and drinks from ten country-themed booths, including Brazil, Japan, Italy and Germany. We also check out the current progress of the park's new-for-2023 attraction, Catapult Falls. The new water ride is touted as the world's first launched flume coaster.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Thrill Capital of South Texas, today announced details on the new ESIX Gaming powered by Coca-Cola™. This state-of-the-art esports competitive gaming campus is complete with the newest high-tech equipment and the industry’s biggest titles, providing an unmatched gaming experience.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is currently working on several upgrades, refurbishment and construction projects around the park. Aquaman: Power Wave is the first ride of its kind to debut in North America. Built by Mack Rides, this high-thrill PowerSplash attraction features both forwards and backwards launches, reaching top speeds of sixty-three miles per hour. The water coaster also includes two spikes that stand at 148 feet tall and send riders plummeting ninety degrees. After multiple launches along the attraction’s 712-foot track, Aquaman: Power Wave ends with a huge splashdown.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Thrill Capital of South Texas, is preparing to debut an enhanced water park experience on April 29 with the grand opening of Hurricane Harbor San Antonio. The all-new KID FLASH™ Cosmic Coaster, Texas’ only racing roller coaster, is a twin-tracked roller coaster featuring innovative single-rail track and an inclusive train design that provides comfortable seating for both adults and children. The twin tracks cross over and under each other a dozen times during the ride cycle. The two sides operate simultaneously for a racing action on the dueling tracks.

Discovery Global Themed Entertainment, on behalf of DC, is the first of its kind in North America and opens to park guests on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Six Flags Over Texas heads into 2023 with tons of planned upgrades for the new year. These include fresh paint jobs on multiple rides, two restroom remodels, upgrades and extensive refurbishments to existing roller coasters and more. On top of this, the park has announced interesting new events, such as Scream Break, that are set to debut this year. SeaWorld is launching Passport to Thrills, an exclusive program for pass members. From now until May 14 pass members can opt-in and begin to qualify for exclusive access and bonus experiences just by visiting Texas’ Biggest and Best Theme Park, SeaWorld! The centerpiece of Passport to Thrills is Catapult Falls, a new attraction for 2023 that is a first-of-its-kind ride that is part coaster and part flume ride, with a vertical lift elevator leading to a steep drop and a water splash down.

SeaWorld is putting its spin on the traditional Mardi Gras celebration by bringing the Big Easy to San Antonio with the SeaWorld Mardi Gras event kicking off on Saturday, January 14th. The entire park will be jazzed up for a New Orleans style carnival, complete with live music, extravagant costumes, Mardi Gras-inspired culinary specials including new, expanded and returning Cajun and Creole food items, alcoholic drink specials; in addition to thrilling rides and animal encounters.
