Also join us for an exclusive construction tour of the Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines site. Crews are working hard on the queue area and the ride's pad is nearly ready to be poured. Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster opened in 2018 at Six Flags Fiesta Texas as the world's first-ever RMC single-rail roller coaster. Reaching heights of 113 feet and a top speed of 52 miles per hour, this coaster packs an intense punch and is a huge fan favorite. The Joker's Revenge | Fiesta Texas Flashback Series
The Joker's Revenge, a steel Vekoma Hurricane coaster, called Six Flags Fiesta Texas home from 1996 to 2001 (SBNO in 2002). Standing 79 feet tall, The Joker's Revenge reached speeds of 40 miles per hour and also featured 3 inversions. The roller coaster was eventually transported to Six Flags New Orleans in 2003 where it operated as The Jester. What is the status of the former Joker's Revenge roller coaster today?
Aquaman: Power Wave Spike & Track Installation Begins, Other Updates at Six Flags Over Texas
Aquaman: Power Wave, the park's new Mack PowerSplash roller coaster for 2020, is being rapidly constructed! Last week we showed off the ride's new support beams. This week, however, one of the ride's 148-foot-tall spikes, along with several track pieces, have now been quickly installed. We also check out other seasonal refurbishment projects, along with the new indoor eating area being installed at JB's Smokehouse BBQ restaurant.
Aquaman: Power Wave Going Vertical | Six Flags Over Texas Construction Update
Aquaman: Power Wave, Six Flags Over Texas' all-new attraction for 2020, is now going vertical as crews begin installing the first pieces of supports! When it opens it will be the first ride of its kind in North America, reaching speeds of 63 miles per hour and a height of 148 feet. We also check out other projects taking place around the park, such as the indoor eating area being constructed on the side of JB's Smokehouse BBQ. A new food option is also now available at the park.
