Beginning November 9, SeaWorld San Antonio’s Christmas Celebration is back with plenty of holiday cheer, a re-imagined new block party, and new culinary delights for every palate! At Texas’ biggest Christmas celebration, millions of lights will be shining bright as guests enjoy the holiday fun.

Because of construction associated with a multi-million-dollar expansion, the unique Morgan’s Wonderland theme park will be unable to deliver its “A Wonderland Christmas” package of special entertainment this December, however several thousand Morgan’s Wonderland annual membership holders and season pass holders still will be able to enjoy holiday entertainment thanks to the generosity of SeaWorld San Antonio.

SeaWorld San Antonio’s 2023 Howl-O-Scream event features six haunted houses. Amongst the offerings is Bunny Bradley’s Ice Cream Shoppe, which is the newest addition to the line-up this season. Enjoy full video POVs of each haunted house from this year’s Howl-O-Scream Halloween event.

This year, the park unveils the all-new Bunny Bradley's Ice Cream Shoppe haunted house, along with the first-ever Zombie Walk on Friday the 13th. The Halloween Spooktacular is taking place now at SeaWorld San Antonio. This daytime, family-friendly event features several trick-or-treat stops, a hay maze, live entertainment and more. We also venture around for a daytime preview of the park's Howl-O-Scream event, which shows off haunted house and terror-tory locations. SeaWorld San Antonio also has multiple construction projects, along with the massive solar energy project popping up in the parking lot.

SeaWorld San Antonio is thrilled to announce the beginning stages of the installation of a state-of-the-art solar parking lot canopy. This landmark project will not only provide valuable shade to visitors during extreme heat but will also help SeaWorld make significant strides towards a more sustainable future, something embedded in its mission. The solar canopy, boasting a capacity of 4.3 megawatts (MW), showcases the company's unwavering dedication to environmental responsibility.

Sinister scares are everywhere at SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream, recently named the #1 Best Theme Park Halloween Event by USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream was voted to the top by theme park enthusiasts and fans of fear across the country. Howl-O-Scream events in Orlando, San Antonio and San Diego boast menacing scare zones, terrifying haunted houses, signature shows and more horrifying fun throughout the three SeaWorld parks.

SeaWorld San Antonio is thrilled to share that the much- anticipated “Catapult Falls” will now open in Spring 2024.  The groundbreaking coaster will be the world’s first launched flume coaster with North America’s only vertical lift.  It also will have riders screaming in anticipation of a speedy downward plunge with the steepest drop of any flume ride.

Earlier this summer, Aquatica San Antonio unveiled new, double-decker cabana suites that are a great way to spend your day enjoying the water park. We also check out SeaWorld San Antonio and their Howl-o-Scream prep, along with a Catapult Falls update and other happenings around the park.

Today, SeaWorld San Antonio announced that their new Catapult Falls attraction will be delayed until 2024. SeaWorld sent the update to pass members, which states, “Our upcoming attraction Catapult Falls - the first launched, flume coaster in the world - is now expected to open in 2024. While we hoped to introduce this exciting thrill to our fans this year, sometimes it takes longer than expected to bring ‘firsts’ to life.”

SeaWorld is giving shark fin-atics the ultimate encounter in its parks with a brand new ‘Ultimate Shark Experience’ ticket that goes on sale today, just in time for shark week.  Only at SeaWorld and only available for ONE WEEK, this new ticket offers a full day of unique and immersive experiences to enable guests to get up close to see, feed, touch and learn about sharks, know what it’s like to move like a shark on shark inspired thrill rides, take home shark swag, and honor the ocean’s Very Important Predators with $25 of every ticket going to shark conservation.

SeaWorld is dimming the lights in its Sea Star Theatre and featuring a new glow-in-the-dark puppet show musical, ImaginOcean. This theatrical performance is packed with a fun musical score, amazing puppetry, and dazzling neon colors. Created by Broadway sensation John Tartaglia, this one-of-a-kind show is a must see for summer 2023. The glow-in-the-dark spectacular will join an already impressive lineup of amazing shows and is the perfect summer entertainment for families.

Aquatica San Antonio, located at SeaWorld San Antonio, is a large theme park that features several high-thrill slides and plenty of children's activities. Guests can enjoy attractions, such as Ihu's Breakaway Falls, Tonga Twister and Riptide Race. New for 2023 is Kata's Kookaburra Cove, a 3,000-square-foot children's area with interactive water elements. The Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld San Antonio takes place on select dates now through May 21. For 2023, SeaWorld touts forty-five new menu offerings with over one hundred flavors. Guests can enjoy quality bites and drinks from ten country-themed booths, including Brazil, Japan, Italy and Germany. We also check out the current progress of the park's new-for-2023 attraction, Catapult Falls. The new water ride is touted as the world's first launched flume coaster.

SeaWorld is kicking off spring 2023 with the city’s biggest and best food festival, now packed with more flavor than ever! This year at San Antonio’s largest theme park food festival, foodies can enjoy over 100 chef and mixologist-curated tastes inspired by cultures from across the seven seas. Guests can sample and sip international flavors from Brazil, Korea, Italy, Greece, Hawaii, Japan, France, Jamaica, Mexico, and Germany. The festival takes place every Thursday through Sunday from March 23rd through May 21st.

SeaWorld and Aquatica are opening daily for the 2023 Spring Break season beginning March 3, 2023. Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds when they discover exciting rides and amazing animal attractions at Texas’ biggest and best theme Park, SeaWorld San Antonio and then make their way over to Texas’ best waterpark, Aquatica, to experience a fun and fantastic water playland filled with thrilling water slides, pools, and lazy rivers.

SeaWorld is launching Passport to Thrills, an exclusive program for pass members. From now until May 14 pass members can opt-in and begin to qualify for exclusive access and bonus experiences just by visiting Texas’ Biggest and Best Theme Park, SeaWorld! The centerpiece of Passport to Thrills is Catapult Falls, a new attraction for 2023 that is a first-of-its-kind ride that is part coaster and part flume ride, with a vertical lift elevator leading to a steep drop and a water splash down.

SeaWorld is putting its spin on the traditional Mardi Gras celebration by bringing the Big Easy to San Antonio with the SeaWorld Mardi Gras event kicking off on Saturday, January 14th. The entire park will be jazzed up for a New Orleans style carnival, complete with live music, extravagant costumes, Mardi Gras-inspired culinary specials including new, expanded and returning Cajun and Creole food items, alcoholic drink specials; in addition to thrilling rides and animal encounters.

SeaWorld San Antonio brings back their Christmas Celebration now through January 2.
