Morgan’s Wonderland Members To Receive Special Holiday ‘Gift’ from SeaWorld San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO – Because of construction associated with a multi-million-dollar expansion, the unique Morgan’s Wonderland theme park will be unable to deliver its “A Wonderland Christmas” package of special entertainment this December, however several thousand Morgan’s Wonderland annual membership holders and season pass holders still will be able to enjoy holiday entertainment thanks to the generosity of SeaWorld San Antonio.
From Nov. 9 through Jan. 2, holders of 2023 Morgan’s Wonderland memberships and season passes will receive free unlimited admission to SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration at the spacious marine life adventure park in Westover Hills that will feature the largest Christmas light display in Texas.
Other highlights of SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration include twelve festive yuletide-themed areas; “O Wondrous Night’, an award-winning musical stage show that tells the story of the Nativity as seen through the eyes of the animals that were there and features whimsical puppets; the “Sesame Street Christmas Parade”; fireside s’mores roasting; and Santa Claus, to name a few.
“We’re truly grateful to SeaWorld for enabling our 2023 annual membership holders and season pass holders to get into the holiday spirit with exciting and sparkling entertainment,” said Richard Pretlow, Morgan’s Wonderland president. “Meanwhile, construction will be moving forward on our $6 million package of new Ultra Accessible® attractions that are scheduled to be unveiled when we reopen the park for our 2024 season in the spring.”
"We are thrilled and wholeheartedly committed to extending SeaWorld’s warmest welcome to Morgan's Wonderland members this holiday season as a goodwill gesture while their own park undergoes expansion," declared Jodi Davenport, SeaWorld Park President. "Whether it's during the festive holiday season or any other time of the year, we embrace the opportunity to lend our support to fellow members of the hospitality industry and take joy in providing Morgan's Wonderland regulars with a haven for enjoying our holiday festivities, including the largest light display in the state
Looking ahead to the 2024 season at Morgan’s Wonderland, Pretlow said information about season passes on sale for $50, and year-round annual memberships on sale for $75 can be found at https://MorgansWonderland.com/tickets-passes.
