SeaWorld San Antonio is thrilled to premiere its Red, White and BBQ festival showcasing the best barbecue from around the country. Beginning August 9 and running through September 2, guests can enjoy BBQ styles from Kansas City, the Carolinas, Texas, Memphis and Hawaii all while strolling the park enjoying rides and animal attractions. This inaugural event is the perfect blend of food, fun and entertainment and is included in SeaWorld admission every Friday through Sunday and on Labor Day.

Celebrate spring at Fiesta Texas with ¡Viva la Fiesta! Taking place March 29 to April 28, the event features vibrant decor and photo opportunities throughout the park, authentic mariachi music, themed live entertainment and the Taste of ¡Viva la Fiesta! food festival.

The Oktoberfest Food Festival has returned to Six Flags Over Texas on select dates from September 2 to October 31. Taking place along the park’s Smith Street and Old South area, the festival features a number of German-inspired food and adult beverage options with expanded menus for 2023. This year's event also features new live entertainment, photo opportunities and games, such as cornhole and shuffleboard.

The Oktoberfest Food Festival returns to Six Flags Fiesta Texas on select dates between August 26 and October 30. Coinciding with the park’s Fright Fest and Kids Boo Fest Halloween events, guests can enjoy craft and seasonal beers, specialty cocktails and several food offerings. For 2023, the event expands with additional entertainment, enhanced decor and a wider array of food and drink options.

Six Flags Over Texas' Summer Nights Spectacular takes place on Friday and Saturday evenings now through August 12. Guests can enjoy specialty foods, live entertainment, fireworks displays, photo ops and more. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Thrill Capital of South Texas, is preparing to debut Viva La Fiesta, a month-long celebration of food and culture every Saturday and Sunday from April 15 to May 14, 2023.

SeaWorld is kicking off spring 2023 with the city’s biggest and best food festival, now packed with more flavor than ever! This year at San Antonio’s largest theme park food festival, foodies can enjoy over 100 chef and mixologist-curated tastes inspired by cultures from across the seven seas. Guests can sample and sip international flavors from Brazil, Korea, Italy, Greece, Hawaii, Japan, France, Jamaica, Mexico, and Germany. The festival takes place every Thursday through Sunday from March 23rd through May 21st.

This year's Taste of Mardi Gras Food Festival at Six Flags Fiesta Texas place now through February 26. Guests can find seven booths throughout the park's Rockville section serving up savory cajun bites, beignets and an array of adult beverages. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Thrill Capital of South Texas, announces the return of the spectacular New Orleans-style celebration, the Mardi Gras Festival. Each operating day through February 26, Six Flags Fiesta Texas will “let the good times roll” as it transforms into a Texas version of downtown New Orleans, complete with beautifully adorned parade floats, special live entertainment, Mardi Gras-themed park décor and classic Cajun cuisine.

Taking place now through October 30 is both Kids Boo Fest and Oktoberfest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
