Dino Off Road Adventure's new vehicles were designed closely alongside blueprints from original Arrow antique cars.

Six Flags Over Texas, the Thrill Capital of Texas, today announced that Dino Off Road Adventure will open to the public on June 15, 2024 following an exclusive preview for season pass holders. The new ride is a retheming of the Chaparral Antique Cars, which originally debuted at the park in 1962, and promises guests an exciting new take on a beloved classic.

Opened in 1909, Fort Worth Zoo is located in Fort Worth, Texas and features 7,000 native and exotic animals. It has been ranked among the top zoos in North America by USA Today, the Los Angeles Times and Family Life magazine. Today, the Fort Worth Zoo spans 64 acres and is home to over 500 species.

Six Flags Over Texas and its sister park Six Flags New England, located in Agawam, Massachusetts, have set a friendly wager for the upcoming NBA Finals series kicking off on Thursday, June 6. Six Flags Over Texas will, of course, be cheering on their beloved Mavericks, while Six Flags New England supports the Boston Celtics.

Six Flags Over Texas has begun their summertime operations, opening daily until they close on Tuesdays beginning later in the month. New for 2024 at Six Flags Over Texas is the Dino Off Road Adventure. Six Flags Over Texas celebrates ¡Viva la Fiesta! now through May 5 with live entertainment, park decor and a special overlay on the Casa Magnetica crooked house. Before our visit, Six Flags Over Texas was hit with flood waters due to a major storm that came through the area, leaving sections and rides closed. Construction has also progressed on the two children's attractions coming to Bugs Bunny Boomtown.

The Seven Seas Food Festival has made its way back to SeaWorld San Antonio on select dates from March 21 to May 27, 2024. This year's festival features over sixty fresh global cuisine choices, along with over fifty specialty beverages. April 8, 2024 saw Six Flags Over Texas become a unique place to catch the total solar eclipse with rides, viewing areas and a fireworks display. The park is also continuing construction on their two new children's attractions: Sylvester & Tweety Pounce and Bounce and Daffy Duck Bucket Blasters. Six Flags Over Texas is also working on other projects as well, including EV chargers in the parking lot.

Celebrate spring at Fiesta Texas with ¡Viva la Fiesta! Taking place March 29 to April 28, the event features vibrant decor and photo opportunities throughout the park, authentic mariachi music, themed live entertainment and the Taste of ¡Viva la Fiesta! food festival.

Construction progress continues on Fiesta Texas' 2024 ride additions, along with the general retheme and expansion of the DC Universe park area. We also find new Easter eggs around the park, which include several newly-themed billboards. Also new at the park is additional dining signage, a new way to order food from your table and Hurricane Harbor-related changes as its opening day approaches.
