SeaWorld Announces Early Rise Park Hours to Beat the Afternoon Heat
SeaWorld San Antonio will open its gates even earlier to allow guests more time to enjoy the park during cooler morning temperatures.

SeaWorld San Antonio is excited to announce the launch of “Early Rise Hours”, with an earlier morning opening time to help guests beat the hot Texas mid-day heat. Beginning July 13th and on additional select Saturday dates, the park will open at 8 am, two and a half hours earlier than its normal opening time. Guests can take advantage of the cool morning temperatures, grab their morning coffee and breakfast, ride thrilling coasters, and see animals all before the afternoon temperatures rise.
SeaWorld San Antonio is currently celebrating its Summer Spectacular now through August 4th with all-new entertainment, a new parade, and plenty of summer fun. New this summer, is the “Shamu & Crew Parade” that features the return of Shamu, Coral the Dolphin, Sydney the Shark, and Puck the Penguin to celebrate summer and SeaWorld’s 60th anniversary. Along with the new parade, SeaWorld also introduced “Splash! A Sandsational Cirque Celebration” that features amazing acrobatic acts, unbelievable balancing performances, upbeat dancing, and exciting stunts that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. Returning this year is an award-winning waterski stunt show, Hydropower: Xtreme FX that combines breathtaking water stunts, a live band, pyrotechnics, and lasers that are sure to mesmerize crowds. SeaWorld’s Summer Spectacular is included in park admission.
Beginning today, guests can take advantage of the Summer Sale where guests can get a free pass tier upgrade when they purchase a Season or Annual Pass. For a limited time, Season Pass purchases will automatically be upgraded to a Silver Pass, Silver Pass purchases will be upgraded to a Gold Pass, and Gold Pass purchases will be upgraded to a Platinum Pass.
